How fast can I start my next build? We offer three reliable shipping tiers across the USA to get your kits to your workbench:

How do you protect the kits during shipping? We are collectors too! Every Heir Heirloom order is wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy, reinforced outer box to ensure your kit arrives in pristine, display-ready condition.
When will my order ship? Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
What is your return policy? We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed kits within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of model kits, we cannot accept returns once the plastic runners have been removed from their bags or the box seal is broken.
What if my kit has missing or defective parts? Don't worry! If you find a manufacturer defect or a missing runner, please email us at [Your Email] with photos of the manual and the parts. We will work directly with the manufacturer to get you the replacement pieces you need.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Do these kits require glue or paint? This varies by model. We clearly mark "Snap-fit" or "Glue required" on every product page. If you need recommendations for tools, nippers, or paints, our team is always here to help!
